Good Afternoon Everyone!
Here is some news for those that eat at McDonald's. If you think eating chicken from their menu is better, then think again. I just finished reading up on some of the ingredients besides "chicken" that are in fried chicken dishes. First, is dimethylpolysiloxane which is an anti-foaming agent that is made up of silicone. Second, is tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) which is used as a preservative. TBHQ can also be deadly if 5 grams or more is consumed. There is a bunch of other stuff in those McNuggets, but I don't think we need to go further than the first two that I listed above. The truth of the matter is that only 50% of the McNugget is actually chicken!
So the message for this week: AVOID fast low quality food as much as possible!
